Central Avenue
14 spots of free street parking run along Central Ave, right in front of the building. First-come, first-served with no meters.
Cobb Street
20+ additional spots are available on Cobb St, just around the corner behind the venue. Ideal overflow for larger events.

Our automated door system unlocks your venue at the exact start time on your reservation. Arrive a few minutes early, then walk right in the moment the clock turns.

Unlocks Automatically
The front door unlocks exactly at your scheduled start time. There is no code to enter and no key to pick up.
- Step 02
Walk Right In
When your start time arrives, simply pull the front door open. The space is cleaned, staged, and ready for you.
- Step 03
Auto-Locks at End
The door locks again at your scheduled end time. Please have all guests and belongings out before then.

Additional set-up hours can be added in advance for a fee (Same-day additions depend on staffing and the schedule — we cannot guarantee availability).

Rail Lighting
Labeled switches on the bottom-left of the electrical box, behind the white curtain.
- Flip only labeled switches.
- Individual on/off per fixture — not dimmable.
Thermostat
On the back wall near the doorway.
- Adjust freely during your event.
- Please return to 68°F before leaving.
Bluetooth Speaker
Press MODE until "BLUE" appears on the display.
- Open Bluetooth on your device and select "ProReck."
- Once "BLUE" stops flashing, you’re connected.
Wireless Microphones
Slide the power switch on — indicator light confirms.
- Routes through the ProReck speaker.
- Return to the charging dock at end of night.

Furniture Setup
The large wood tables will already be positioned as requested — please do not move them. Feel free to rearrange the white round tables, smaller tables, and chairs to suit your event’s layout.
Cleaning Supplies
Extra trash bags and cleaning supplies for spills are stored in the closet behind the reception area, on the shelving rack.
Decorating
Scotch tape or comparable low-residue tape only — no nails, screws, staples, or duct tape. Confetti and glitter are allowed when noted on the booking form (adds a $100 cleaning fee).
Before You Leave
Before departure, please remove all personal items and décor, reset the thermostat to 68°F, and return any used equipment (like microphones) to the charging dock. No need to clean — just place trash and decorations in the provided bins. You may leave the lights on; our team will handle the rest.

Your venue access begins exactly at your scheduled start time. If you need earlier access, extra hours must be added in advance for the hourly rate.

Yes. Outside catering, beer, and wine are welcome. We only allow non-cash bars.
A Bluetooth speaker, wireless microphones, and fast Wi-Fi. No projectors, screens, or smart boards are included — a rolling smart board and extra speakers can be added as day-of add-ons (subject to availability).
